Police rescue over 300 workers locked for 3 months and forced to work in Kano’s rice factory [PHOTOS]

It was recently reported that Nigerian police rescued over 300 workers who were locked inside a rice factory and forced to work for them.
According to report the men were locked inside the factory from the end of March the men were not allowed to come out from the the factory.

It was revealed that the men were in the mill which is located in northern city of Kano State and they were also threatened to be sacked.

On Monday the police invade the factory and rescued the workers who were made captive and arrested four managers of the factory.
Report further stated that the workers were promised to be given additional N5,000 monthly in addition to their N25,000 salary while those who refused was threatened to be sacked from the factory.

Abdullahi who is known as the police spokesman revealed that the plant has been currently shot down and proper investigations is been made concerning their decision against the will of the workers. 

 28-year-old Hamza Ibrahim who was one of the captive worker said they only rest for short period of time, their family members were not allowed to visit them and they were not even allowed to pray.
